While doing naala deepening and widening work, a big spring was found just 12 Ft. below in Vadepuri Tq. Loha, Dist. Nanded. Pit was filled by spring water.

Severe Floods in Sangli, Kolhapur
Due to severe floods in Sangli Kolhapur recently, thousands of families were displaced.
Suryodaya Foundation has distributed 11,000 kg's of food grains, oil and nutri nuggets to 1,000 families and 500 ladies to the flood victims.
Massive Get Together of Farmers 'ManavtakaMahaKumbh'
In 2016 a massive get together of farmers called 'ManavtakaMahaKumbh' was organized by Suryodaya Foundation where 10,000 farmers of drought stricken areas were distributed free seeds in collaboration with Mahyko Seeds. Suryodaya also presented a water and soil testing mobile lab for these farmers, which was inaugurated by Honourable Shri Mohan Bhagwat Jee.
In addition Suryodaya Foundation also gave 25 pair of bullock to widows and families of farmers who had committed suicides owing to droughts.

Springs found at various kundas in Mahur
While doing desilting of kundas, number of springs were found. About 1,00,000 Cu. Mt. work of desilting was done. This will increase storage capacity by 100 million liters per year. Water recharge increased by 300 million liters per year.
Shivneri Bandhara Work started at Kalambar Kurd Nanded
Two Shivneri Bandhara (Ferro Cement) projects started at Kalambar Kurd Nanded. This type of Bandhara constructed for the first time in Nanded and has substantially increased water Storage capacity.
